Madison Easter and his wife Shannon are releasing their first-ever EP project on March 19, titled Dreams (Your Heart’s Desire Music), featuring five acoustic songs written and performed by the happy couple. Madison played all instruments on the recording, including guitars, bass, dobro, banjo, mandolin, keyboard, xylophone… and even pennywhistle! The couple has been married since December 2010 and has written together for over a year, without seriously working toward making an album. Madison says, “All of a sudden, we fell in love with a house, and it turns out that wanting a house is a really great motivator in making a record!”
A video for the lovely, haunting “Letting Go” can be seen on YouTube, and Dreams may be purchased at jeffandsherieaster.com and etsy.com/listing/ 118625512/dreams-ep, with digital copies available soon on iTunes.
