ACM winner Gordon Mote and New Haven Records are excited for August 27th release of Gordon's newest CD, All Things New. The album's principal producer is Mote's longtime friend and highly acclaimed country music producer, Frank Rogers, who won awards for his work with Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Darius Rucker and others. Mote has spent many hours in the studio working with Rogers, playing keyboard on other artists’ albums and says, “The fact that Frank is now shaping my music is both humbling and exhilarating.”

Eight-time Dove Award winner Wayne Haun lends his talents as well, producing tracks including the mega-ballads "Meanwhile Back at the Cross" and "On the Other Side." And a number of celebrated guest vocalists can be heard on the album, including Trace Adkins, Jason Crabb, Sheryl Crow, the Gaither Vocal Band, Scotty McCreery, Darius Rucker and Josh Turner.

Many memorable moments occurred during the studio tracking sessions, including one during the recording of "Faith Like That," a poignant ballad describing the heartache of a grieving father while offering hope to others who have lost loved ones. "One of my very best friends recently lost his daughter," says Mote. "I am inspired by his faith every time I sing this song."

Dove Award-winning songwriter Kyle Matthews ("We Fall Down") joined Mote and Rogers to pen "Broken Open," an autobiographical ballad revealing how God uses the negative events in our lives for His glory and our good. Matthews also wrote the New Orleans-flavored "Main Event," a lighthearted but insightful song that is sure to become a concert favorite.
