It's almost Christmas ... can you feel it? In the midst of all the baking, shopping, decorating and rushing around, can you hear the ancient echo? You know the one ... that beautiful, ethereal sound heard by the shepherds out in the fields, so many years ago ... the heavenly host praising God for the miraculous, one-of-a-kind earthly arrival of His Son. "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.” May you all experience the Savior's peace and joy during this Christmas season!

A thought from the Word...

Isaiah 9:6

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

This week, the subject of our "Five Questions" is none other than the GVB's Wes Hampton! Wes took time during Gaither Fest to tell us his childhood aspiration, his go-to munchies, some of his favorite songs from Pure and Simple and more. Check out the video by clicking here.
We've found some more fun SocialCam videos for you, starring Karen Peck, David Phelps, Ben Isaacs' daughter Cameron and Kelly Nelon's little dachshund-with-an-attitude, Sam (who has become so famous from SocialCam, he even has his own "SamCam" t-shirts)! To watch, just click here!
Our friend Gordon Mote is staying busy, touring and playing music from his latest CD, Songs I Grew Up Singing. He stays in demand in both the country and gospel music worlds, and has recently played for induction ceremonies in both genres. He was especially delighted to play at the induction ceremony for his mentor, keyboardist Hargus "Pig" Robbins, who was honored alongside Garth Brooks and Connie Smith. Read more by clicking here.
