Christmas Eve. Time to quiet our hearts and savor the moments, remembering the greatest gift we can imagine, the birth of our Savior.

He came to this earth.

He left physically, but never left us.

He is here, for you and for me.

Let’s listen with our hearts to the One who made Himself flesh, who was then wrapped in
swaddling clothes.

A thought from the Word...

Luke 2:11
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

In the true spirit of Christmas, our dear friend Solveig Leithaug would like to bless each of you with a free gift. She offers a download of her beautiful song, “Wondrous Invisible Pilgrimage,” from her Christmas-themed album, Julefred. You can enjoy that here on the Homecoming Magazine website.
This past Sunday, Bill and Gloria celebrated their 51st anniversary. They didn't know it back then, but God knew what He was doing when He introduced these two lovebirds/songbirds, who have lived life together and learned a lot along the way. To read about their very first meeting, click here!
If you have read the Jan./Feb. issue of Homecoming yet, you may have noticed the perky little blonde in the "Circle" section, pictured with Jason Crabb. This very special young lady, Ashley DeRamus, was part of Jason's "Love is Stronger" video, but there's much more to her story. She'll give your heart a lift and bring a smile to your face, and you can read more about her here.
Reba Rambo-McGuire is a proud mama lately with the release of her daughter Destiny's (pictured left) brand-new album, Journal of a Songstress, already getting rave reviews. The project features a variety of styles including nine original songs, as well as six tunes reflecting the musical heritage generously passed down to her from both sides of the family. Destiny invites guest voices too, including Sonya Isaacs Yeary and Becky Isaacs Bowman. Read more about it here!
We’d love to know if you have a special Christmas Eve tradition … would you take a moment to tell us in a comment on this page?
And please, have a very blessed and Merry Christmas!
