As Father's Day approaches, we remember the men in our lives who have worked hard to provide for us, hugged us, disciplined us and imparted wisdom. If you are blessed to have a great father or grandfather who is still living, be sure to tell them how much you love and appreciate them! If your earthly father was not the most loving role model for you, perhaps there is another father figure in your life for whom you are grateful. If you have lost a loving father (or father figure), we pray that the Heavenly Father will wrap His arms around you and let you know that you are dearly loved.
We'd like to congratulate Pam Dornbos, Debbie Dyches and LaVerne McDougald, who were all winners in our "Almost Mother's Day" contest last month. This month, we're honoring dads and grandpas in our "We Love Dad" contest. Read below for more details!
A thought from the Word...
I John 3:1
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!
|Homecoming friends Aaron & Amanda Crabb have just released a wonderful album called Mercy, which is making a splash in both the gospel and country arenas. The cute couple stopped in Nashville last week to perform at the Opry House, record some music and spend time with Aaron's grandma in nearby Kentucky. Get to know this talented duo a little better in this video interview.|
|And speaking of the Crabb family, Jason Crabb was seen out & about during last week's CMA festival in Nashville, scooping (and eating) Moose Tracks ice cream for a great cause, along with country stars Larry Gatlin, Joe Diffie and others. Check it out here!|
