TaRanda Greene has faced some very tough times over the last four years, since the tragic death of her husband Tony. Staring in the face of uncertainty, and with two young girls to raise, TaRanda has held to the realization that this new phase in her life is one God has been preparing her for for quite some time. “The Lord has been faithful to walk through all this with me. I look back on everything we have faced  and I know this was a time of preparation for this new day. The very best way I can remember Tony is to do what I know he would want me to do. He always pushed me to sing, and with God’s help, that is what I will continue to do.”

StowTown Records and TaRanda Greene proudly introduce her new CD, Stronger. TaRanda says the project has been “my journey … through loss, clinical depression, loneliness and fear—all turned into hope, encouragement and the love and faithfulness of God.” Her incredible vocals shine on “This Is Where Amazing Happens” and “Promise,” as well as the title track, “Stronger,” a Southern Gospel chart topper nominated for a Dove Award as Inspirational Song of the Year. TaRanda welcomes a stellar lineup of guest voices, too—Sonya Isaacs-Yeary, Jason Crabb, the Martins, Wess Morgan, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir and Nashville’s Christ Church Choir.

In this preview of Stronger, TaRanda shares about the journey behind these powerful songs which she believes will minister to listeners as they have to her:
